I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at MRINetwork in January 2009.
Interview Details – Started with phone interviews with the recruiters then one corporate screener. There was a preliminary interview day followed by a final day. The two days included 5 individual interviews and 1 group interview with the functional and leadership teams. There was a CDI corporate day with 3 final interviews. The negotiation process was also very collegial and we quickly agreed. The interviews were excellent and the individuals were enjoyable but there has been massive turnover in the last 2 years so this has changed.

Reason for Declining – Compensation plan was 100% commission - with a $300/week recoverable draw. During the interviewing process I learned that the average recruiter had to work about 8 months just to cover the draw. Only a handful of recruiters were making the advertised $100,000+.
Very Easy Interview

I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at MRINetwork in March 2010.
Interview Details – Phone screening then phone interview with Paul. Was told during phone interview that 95% of applicants are rejected during the phone interview with him. Even though I am a guy and appreciate good looking women, I noticed that the women were not appropriately dressed for the workplace. Took IQ Test.
Interview Question – Do you think you will be able to sit all day and make outgoing calls? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Spoke with Paul and something seemed off about his operation. He appreciated that I had previous phone / cold calling experience but then he stated he wanted an athlete, he was looking for a certain of person. I guess because I didn't wear a sundress and have blond hair, I couldn't fit it. I decided to not pursue it any further.
