Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
The interview went very well. Your standard "strengths/weaknesses" type questions but also some that surprised me and seemed to be trying to see if I would fit with their culture.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Sent in a resume and got an email back that day. Conducted an initial phone interview that went well. The recruiter informed me he would like me to come in for an interview, but would call back with an exact date and time. Waited a several days but never heard back from him. Tried Emailing and calling but to no avail. Seemed like the recruiter was handling the situation very unprofessionally. Says a lot about both the company and the recruiter to leave an applicant hanging like that. Extremely disrespectful to ignore emails and phone calls like that. And from the reviews on here, it doesn't seem like a good place to work anyway.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Causeway Bay (Hong Kong) (took a day)
Very typical interview session that the supervisory managers introduced their own business and structures.
Seeking a passionate, confident, technically sound, hands-on developer with a focus on implementing visually appealing web interfaces, on top, senior developer role is required to lead junior developer - distributing tasks rationally.
They stress on candidates must possess ability to work in very fast paced environment and those who love chasing technology development - latest cutting edge web, quality back-end, meanwhile agile to make code sustainable - a typical formal development environment that do QA/unit tests, issue management (Jira), source/release control (SVN), with technology focused around C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery UI, ExtJS.
Also requiring candidates having exposure / strong concepts and hands-on relational database (SQL).
Often there's no strict right/wrong answers to questions but seeking candidates to explicate their reasoning, problem solving direction and communication skills. Making things sensible, reasonable is more important than returning a technically precise/correct answer. Fluent to native verbal English is definitely required - to work in an environment where colleagues are from all around the world.
A technical written test which lasts for slightly more than an hour time is required after interview, covering N-tier services architecture, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC (syntax!), SQL, C#, OOP - typical questions that you can find when you go apply to investment banks IT developers, with a single exception - no multithreading.
Called for a second interview a week later, with a development lead. Surprised the second interview was indeed yet another test session - practical technical test this time. Given an internet connected laptop with Visual Studio 2008 and IE installed but no additional debugging tools, candidate is required to build a simple ASP.NET MVC v2 based website with a textbox that provides autocomplete facility like Google search page does. Autocomplete data source is hardcoded on server side. Also required to implement a simple save button to save user selections on server side. The test was successfully completed within 50 minutes.
Nice people, working environment is acceptable but office located at a slightly inconvenient location.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
1.
I believe if a firm tests candidate so comprehensively and assuring candidate got solid knowledge on technologies they adopt before on boarding, there really isn't much learning opportunities left - particularly technology side.
2.
Although permanent position, given bonus is discretionary, compensation is still slightly below other offers.
3.
Although managers spared no efforts to make things happen, still see MRM Worldwide is a cost conservative firm.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
I sent in my resume and they asked me if I could come in the following week. I replied that I could, just let me know when, then I heard nothing back. The following week I get a panicked voicemail asking why I missed my interview. What? OK. Small glitch. Would have been nice if they took ownership of the mistake rather than try to put it on me, but whatever. It happens.
So. I met with the hiring manager and she was very cool, but seemed stressed. I think she had worked there several years. I don't know if this is indicative of the culture, but during the interview one of her co-workers walked in and interrupted us. Yes, during the middle of the interview. Again, no apology. This has never happened to me before in 15+ years of working.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I was verbally offered the job and would have accepted had I not been offered something else first. I declined this job because I didn't want to work at an ad agency and all that it entails (long hours, cranky clients, stress). Still, it might have been an OK place to work for a short period of time. I felt bad because I actually really did like the hiring manager and would have liked to work with her.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
I was approached by a MRM recruiter who found my Linked in profile, we had an initial phone conversation and talked about the job description, which followed with a phone interview going through my experience. After that I was brought in to interview with two people and ended up meeting three and got an offer the following day. Overall the whole process took less than a week.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
Found the job on craigslist then applied directly on the company site. then received a call from HR the following morning. I was over qualified and and since it was a cross account role, one of my supervisors would have been less qualified then me.
