Interview Details – I initially conversed off linkedIN with one of the sales executives for the company. He invited me to talk to the partners who had reviewed my linked in profile and wanted me to possible do a 1099 job while I was interviewing with other companies. I accepted.

Negotiation Details – Fast forward to weeks later, I had received two offers from potential employers and asked the owners if they were interested. They said they were and came with an offer. I countered the initial offer with additional vacation time.
