The hiring process was fair and moved quickly. However, the hiring manager spent more time talking than asking questions. There was little interest in what I really had to offer.

The interview itself was fair, pleasant and the questions were not too difficult. I was very put off when the interviewer continually looked at her blackberry and the computer screen during the interview.
The second person interviewing me was over 15 minutes late, this also made a poor first impression.

Initial comms came through recruiter, had a great 1:1 with office GM and fair 1:1 mtgs with staff. There was an overall lack of energy in the office when I went for visit and there was low morale amongst team.
