I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at MSLGROUP in July 2012.
Interview Details – Interviewed with six different people in total ranging from those on the team I would be hired to work on to the VPs and SVPs of the company. Each interview was approximately 10-15 minutes in length with the first round having three interviews and then on "call-back" three more interviews.
Knowing the company and having questions from work-life balance, office culture to clients you'll be working on etc. are encouraged!

Interview Details – Applied online, then was invited to attend Challenge Day in their New York office in March. All day long interview process where interns undergo a speed-dating style format and meet with several SVPs and management. Also given a group challenge to create a client campaign, given a writing challenge, and listen to speakers from the agency and former interns about their experiences with the internship and transition to full time. I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at MSLGROUP.
Interview Details – The interview process took place in 3 steps - phone interview with HR followed by in-person discussions with superiors and peers, and a last round to meet the junior staff. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The issue is I was lied to about the health of the client relationship - when told the agency was in good standing with the client I later found out that the client was on their way out. They fired the agency during my first week.
Interview Question – Be prepared to have examples of work that you've done that you're proud of. Lots of questions about past successes. Answer Question
