There were multiple interviews and the process took quite a while. I was undergoing multiple interviews elsewhere but when I told the recruiter that, they were able to speed up my application and make an offer.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
