Applied online via their Careers website. It took about one or two weeks before they sent an email regarding my application. I was invited to come to their office for a 1:1 interview with the IT Manager. I was also asked to take the Psychometric Exam which was very difficult. After passing that exam, I had an interview with the IT Head which was very informal. Office looks great although I didn't really had a grasp of the people and the work culture.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
