Interviewed Feb 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 weeks)
It was a one-on-one interview at my campus, which lead to a second interview (final interview) offer. The second interview was a 2-day process in their regional headquarters after-which they give you an offer and 2 weeks to accept/decline.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Initially, I was contacted by email, scheduled my own interview, went in, and waited in line behind four or five people to interview. My interviewer seemed distracted, tired, uninterested, and not knowledgeable. They did not know what positions were open. I assumed I'd come to interview for the position I applied for, but ended up working something else.
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation. I was offered a rate and a job and I accepted.

Interviewed Sep 2007 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
It was a typical behavioral interview, geared towards communications and people skills. There were two half hour interviews. The interviewers were very laid back and friendly. I felt no pressure at all speaking with them. Of course, this is the typical attitude here, since it's a customer service oriented industry. Be sure to use the word "outstanding" a lot.
