Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was just interviewed yesterday and to my surprise, it was not as bad as I had read in previous reviews.
From online application, personality test, then email for interview, I reluctantly showed up, expecting the worst. After an hour and half of waiting, first interview with HR went well, not much questions, except I refused the minimum wage ($8). Then 2nd interview(after 20 min.) with dept. manager, then finally, a third with the final hiring manager, offering me to the apparel dept. with a higher salary. She was quite nice and believed in me. Explained things thoroughly. If you do choose a seasonal position though, make sure that you are available for late night hours-twice a week....Oh yeah. and try to eat before you come(may have a long wait) :)

Negotiation Details
I was actually able to negotiate and tell them that I am not used to minimum wage, EVEN AFTER they said "No exceptions"; Because the hiring manager liked me so much, I was able to increase my salary from $8. an hour, to $9. plus commission(after two months) with good workmanship....Overall, if you know your worth, ALWAYS try to negotiate....It worked for me :)
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.
