Received an email to set up the interview with the recruiter. The recruiter then asked via email to take a iq test and an extensive personality test prior to the interview process. The interview consisted of a phone interview received an email for a follow up a week after for a webcam interview. 4 days after webcam interview received a phone call about the offer. After speaking with the recruiter an acceptance letter was sent via email then sign and accecpted.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)

Emailed the company through their job site. Recieved an email stating they were processing my resume. Got a call from HR to set up an interview. A few days later interviewed with the head of HR. Very relaxed and very informal, she was very nice and helpful.

You meet with two people but one on one. The first one is more about your skills and the second one focuses on your personality and work attitude. The first few questions are very general, such as: "tell me more about yourself, what are some of your goals, how do you handle certain circumstances and so on.

I interned for a summer intern position. The interview was very casual. It was one on one. The interviewer was very personable and laid back. She asked a lot of questions about my experiences and opinions of the company. She was very willing to talk about her experiences as well. Following the intervew I was asked what areas of the business I would be most interested in interning for.
