Interview Details – I was recruited on my college campus. I went to two meetings held by Macy's for more information. The recruiters were very nice and very knowledgeable in the EDP program. After I was offered an on-campus interview which lasted about an hour and a half total. It was a two part interview, first behavioral and then a quasi case study.

Interview Details – Make friends with the recruiters because they will remember you and say good things about you. Make yourself stand out and be really curious about the position and what it entails. They actually asked me what makes me stand out amongst all of the other applicants they were interviewing that day which caught me off guard.
