Everyone was really nice. Especially the main office. Not like how it is now. Like they act like your bothering them every time you have a question about anything. Was offered a sale position even though I had a interview as a support associate. I should of took the sale associate job. The interview room wasn't private at all. It was a big room with another associate taking a test on the computer slightly out of view. Very strange. The interviewer was sick and I interviewed with that person and another. It felt like no mater what I said that I would get hired.

I applied online at the store using their computers. I did this because I wanted to see if HR manager while applying. The questions asked were basic multiple choice questions. It was a little like a personality test, asking what would you do if a particular event happened. Nothing difficult, just answer honestly.

I was contacted via email the same day to schedule an interview for the next business day (four days in this case due to Labor Day). The interview was a 1:1 where the manager just literally read questions off a page and I answered them. These were open ended questions that were not difficult to answer at all. The entire interview lasted less than an hour, and I was offered a position immediately after the questions.

Through email, they asked me to choose a date for interview, but they did not provide any day to choose from (that means no available date). I waited for a week, then I email to HR and finally got the date.
The date for interview, the lady who interviewed me was late for 20mins, she was wearing a pair of tennis shoes ( I mean not professional look at all). After some questions about customer services, she was telling me that I will be good on Sale, but she doesn't have any support position for me, and if I want to do the sale,I have to apply for Sale position separately.
The total time for this interview was less than 10mins.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my interview, due to scheduling being backed up. They had many support positions they were hiring for, so they interviewed a lot of people that day.

When I was called in, the merchandising manager who interviewed me was a little flustered due to the chaos. Then she took me to a private office, asked me general questions off a sheet of paper and seemed interested in what I had to say. She seemed impressed by my background and my eagerness to grow with the company. Then I was sent to another room to watch a video and fill out an employee sheet with some other. That was it, I was officially hired. Was never asked if I wanted the job, it was just assumed that I would say yes. Wasn't until I looked down on the employee sheet that I knew how much I would be making.

I had an interview in 2008 and it first they do a group interview. After they check your information in the computer, they will either tell you that they dont have what you are looking for or if they do keep you, you have to do a one on one interview with a manager. Just be positive, upbeat, and serious about what you want.
