First I had to take a computer test. It was another person and myself. It was pretty long. Once I was finished I went home to wait for a call. Within a couple a days, I received a call and went in to have an interview. (It was a while ago so it was either the test then interview or vice versa) From what I could remember, I only had one interview.
The manager actually had me walk and talk with her around the department. She asked me to greet customers as we were talking. She asked me questions like describe myself, what I could offer, and why did I choose Macy's?
Overall, it was a good experience and it was fun. I actually enjoyed not having to sit and talk. I was kind of scared to be put on the spot and greet customers, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Most of the customers really didn't want help or just said hi or bye.
