Interviewed Oct 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
The interviewer was great. They basically want kids who have their own cars, are free in the afternoons and are ambitious about science. While they do provide training, knowing how to teach kids or any previous experience in a classroom style setting is very important. Besides me, there were 8 other 1:1 interviews and it was at a local fast food place, so pretty casual. However, do try to dress it up a bit, it is an interview so that it shows you are tkaing it seriously.
