Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Madison Security in April 2011.
Interview Details – I basically found out about the place from a friend and just got my security license. I went to the office in the Bronx dress in a full suit and tie and after filling out an application, I was offered an interview after providing them with my certificates and social. The interview basically lasted 20 or 30 minutes and just consisted of basic question and how far I can travel and when can I start. He initially made it seem like they only had $8/hr sites but I explained to him how I'm first starting and will be willing to work for $8/hr for now but would expect a raise. Then I was told to come the next day for my uniform and schedule.
