Interviewed Dec 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
I was interviewed but the girl who read the questionnaire over the phone never got back to me. She asked me if I could go to a 1:1 interview which I accepted of course, told me she was going to e-mail me the details of everything, her contact information and never did. Called every day until the final day of the interview, went to the MSG to try to get in since I was scheduled to have the interview (although I didn't know where and with whom was the interview with -it was supposed to be e-mailed) and to no surprise I was not let in.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 3 months)
They initially called me after finding my resume on Monster.com. I went in for an interview at their offices at 2 Penn Plaza. My first interview was with a coordinator. I then had 2 phone interviews with 2 higher up staff members. Finally, I interviewed 1 on 1 in person with the VP of the department.
The interviews went very smoothly. They were all nice people and wanted to help you succeed. I don't have anything negative to say about the process.
The office (16th floor) seemed like a nice, mostly casual place to work. No stuffy suits here. People in nice jeans even!
