Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 5 days)
The interview process is very structured. Regardless of position, everyone is asked to take IQ and Personality tests. Once passed, then series of interviews will be lined up. HR to Process Manager then Site manager. Quite an extensive hiring process.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2+ months)
"Process driven' but executed by real people and reflecting some never told reality can best describe the experience - disingenuous and not worth the time and effort on either side. Unlike many other reviews of Maersk companies, this one leaves much to be desired in overall execution and possibly conception. The position was newly created after the traumatic experience of letting go of about a quarter of the staff. The worst, and misleading part was my high score on the wonderlic and personality tests - they had to follow through, which combined with no doubt (on either side) I could handle the position, led us all to believe I was not a fit, something I knew within seconds of meeting my handlers. Great logic. I'm not sure what I expected - I went in with the curiosity about the company - but ended up confused with the provincial feel of the whole experience, this is after all a minor offshoot; all my life I worked in cities with the population bigger than whole of Denmark. Long time in responding, tardiness in expense reimbursement ('our computers not working...professionals addressing the matter') and overall hostility, especially by the HR woman, made the three days it took not worthwhile and actually disturbing. There was some underlying story I do not care to know.
In light of this the technical interview part was meaningless to the process, while (in principle) it is a decisive one.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
The interview began with 2 people, they were friendly.
It was a behavioral type interview with some scenario questions.
Found out later there wasn't a right answer they wanted to see what my thought process was.
Make sure you listen carefully and answer with confidence; be prepared to defend your position.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 1 week)
The interview was half a day and started with a logic test and personality assessment. Next, I had one-on-one interviews with four people - the center manager, HR, someone in the same position I was interviewing for, and a team lead. The interviews ranged from thirty minutes to an hour. For the most part, the questions were behavioral except for the occasional technical question to test my knowledge in the position. HR mainly asked questions concerning my past employment at their competitors and it looked as if I was interviewed just so they could find out information on compensation and benefits packages as well as hiring practices at their competition. The team lead was a very frustrating interview as he would jump back and forth between a technical question such as "Describe to me the formation of the Gulf of Mexico from this gravity map" to a question like "What's your favorite book?" and back to a technical question. He would constantly interrupt me during my responses and appeared annoyed at my mere presence. I later learned that he quit the next month. Fortunately, the interview was not a full day. They notify you concerning extending an offer to you or not within a week.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 4+ weeks)
First, when you apply online they invite you for an interview by email. In this email they pretty much describe how the interview will be structured and how many time it will take.
Once at their office, you conduct a logic test and a personality test, which will determine whether you are elegible to work within the company. The same day you have an interview with a HR representative.
The questions the ask you are pretty much behaviour type of questions and I would encourage you to practice conventional interview questions before going there. It is not rocket signs.
