First stage consists of an Online aptitude test. It consists of several sections like general aptitute ( verbal and non-verbal), programming skills, english communication, matematical etc. There will be sectional cut-off. Test duration is 60 minutes. The results of the online test will be declared within an hour of completing the test.
Those clearing the test will be subjected to an 1:1 technical interview and an HR interview (separately).

i had a very good impressive cv mine was the first offer to get released even before the others got like 2 months before so i cant give any feedback here it was a piece of cake for me sort of like the college topper so no advise will help from if ur already ur college topper u dont need any

Bit draggy and slow process. Once I joined the company and part of the interview panel, I saw how things move out there.
Management are only concerned about the salary part but not the quality of people to be hired.
Takes a lot of time to get the offer released and that too after lot of negotiations.
Joining formalities are awful. Had a very bad experience when I joined at Chennai. HR behaved as if she owned the company and treating everyone with disrespect.

Recevied a call from Mahindra Satyam for scheduling a telephonic interview.
The call was scheduled at a conveneint time.
But received the call nearly after 30 minutes from the schedule.
The interviewer was soft spoken and conducted the interview in a very professional way.
