I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Mahindra Satyam.

Interview Details

Pathetic process.Recently got a mail for HR for scheduled walkin drive.They said requirement is till 6-7 Years in manual Testing /QC must.Cleared 1st round technical interview and was waiting for another technical round followed by HR round.But after lunch HR informed 2nd round interviewer left so come on monday.I went on monday again and after 2 hour waiting completed 2nd round of Tech review.Technical manager refere me to meet DU Head for another round of interview or might be for my designation.(I am TL with only 5.5 years of exp due to my talent).Now DU head started like HR round and when he came to know my exp and my salary he was started behaving like he got a dog bite...he said he was expecting people whose salary is very much less then mine current CTC.And also said he can not give any lead role to me...What a hell...After wasting my two days time then only they are saying this. Why HR didn't screen resources properly.In my resume what I have sent to HR its clearly mention my role is TL and My CTC is so n so...Even though it happen..Such a 'BHIKHARI" Company

Interview Questions
  • Why u want to change ur current company ? Either for money or problem with ur boss. If U have problem with ur Boss then how we can say u will be comfortable with ur Boss here also.Or if reason is Salary we can offer only what ur current CTC.Not a single Rs Hike without any Lead role. I think that fellow doesn't know designation depends upon Knowledge + experience, not only experience.   Answer Question
Reasons for Declining

Package and Designation depends upon DU.Might be this DU would have some limitation or might be problem with that DU Head.But as per my knowledge Satyam is not good in salary package and other benefit.Yearly hike is from 2-8%.Avg 4-5%.
