Interviewed Apr 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
I applied online through my universities job search database and received an email to schedule a interview within a week. I had a phone interview that was short and sweet and she then asked me to attend the second round interview a week later. I was offered the position at the second round interview. I love Make-A-Wish the environment is very laid back but they definitely get their work done. The people who work their have amazing hearts and I would love to work with the company after I graduate.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4+ weeks)
Everyone was very nice but the interview process was very long. First I had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes. The woman I talked to was very nice and mainly asked about my skills and knowledge. I was called about 1 week later for an in person interview. This interview consisted of 2 different interviews with 1-2 people. The first interview was with 1 woman who would've been my boss. She was nice and asked the usual interview questions then she brought in 2 other women who would be my coworkers which was a little more casual and relaxed. About 2 weeks later I called for a third round which was 5 interviews including the first 3 people I met with and even the local COO. The whole process took about 30 days and while it was average beyond that, be prepared to wait.

Over all good experience. Though the posting and the first interview they did not say the internship would not paid. The phone interview and in-person interview both only consisted of reviewing my resume.
