You had to begin as a front desk agent. The interview was largely based off of your previous work experience. Depending on whom else was interested in the position and signed the interest sheet, you would be interviewed and if approved start in a week. Questions they would ask were along the lines of "how would you handle this situation?" or "how do fellow employees perceive you?"
