HR coordination is quite good, systematic interviews

Interview Question – Puzzles are asked sometimes to check how the problem is approached, reason for change, Other things that are checked : stability and interest for role, aptitude to learn and attitude to mingle with the team   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Quite flexible. They agree to pay if salary demanded is within their range of pay for the role.

Interview Details – Got a call from consultancy. As I was working in different location, they arranged telephonic interview. It was for about 1 hr. Questions asked from introduce yourself and then went straight into technical java questions. They were looking for lead role with experience into performance tuning etc., Covered all the keywords mentioned in resume like core java, jms, jdbc, queues, sql indexing etc.,

Interview Details – There are 3 rounds of actual interview before a discussion with the HR
1) Written interview (Objective, Technical - Mainly about the basics albeit at a detailed level, mainly for a basic screening)
2) Technical Discussion (With a senior resource on technology based questions and puzzles at a level more advanced than level 1)
3) Managerial Discussion (A mix of technical/functional/behavioral discussion)
If a candidate is through with the above rounds he/she's lined up for a discussion with the HR Manager.

Interview Details – Hiring process generally is tough.Database knowledge is required in any case along with programming.They will ask puzzle also.

But generally if you are well prepared you can get it.

Interview Details – I was called for an Interview process on a weekend. First there was a written test on any coding language of your choice among C++ or Java. After an hour or so, the result will be given for the test. If qualified in the round, interview would be taken for the same language.
In the interview I was asked about my previous work experience. And a few C++ programs.
