Interviewed Nov 2008 in Abbott Park, IL (took 2 days)
I found the posting on Career Builder and contacted Manpower directly. They set up the interview, with a great deal of confusion and mix-ups. I was offered the position the day after the interview.

Interviewed May 2009 in Gordonsville, VA (took a day)
Manpower is the staffing company. They were very prompt about contacting me to send my resume to a potential client and then scheduling an interview with client. Took about 1 or 2 days to hear from them, and then scheduled interview for next week. When I interviewed with the client, I was interviewed by 2 people, the manager and system analyst (who had been taking over some of the accounting tasks). It took about 1 hour to 1.5 hrs. It was very casual, some joking around. They ask some soft skill questions (provided by company HR). I had brought my laptop so they asked to see some of my projects/writing samples. Was offered the job at the end of the interview, which I accepted. Went to Manpower the next day to fill out paperwork and do a drug screening.
Overall, I was impressed by Manpower's promptness and response rate. Most places don't even bother contacting you, because they might not need a replacement right away or they don't really have the time to weed through the applicants. However, with Manpower, it's their job to find the best employees for any job openings so they don't just sit on an application.

Negotiation Details
Possible for negotiation but I didn't because I thought the salary was more than generous for a not even out of college student. I think they took a chance on because I was going to a good school and showed myself to be very competent. They just offered me what they previously paid my predecessor.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Providence, RI (took a day)
A staffing recruiter contacted me via phone after seeing my resume on a job board, and scheduled me to come in to test for a call center position. I didn't test well enough for the call center position, and I was asked if I wanted to come back in 6 weeks to try again. I declined and asked if they had other openings that would be suitable to my background and experience. I was asked if I had time to take more tests (Word, Excel, Data Entry), which I did and tested very well. Another staffing recruiter approached me with the results and was excited that I tested very well in Excel and spoke with me about a job order that had just come in and if I was ok if she submitted my resume to the client. Then I sat with the first recruiter for a sit down interview. She basically read me standard interview questions and entered my answers on her computer, and told me they contact me when they heard back from the client.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Timisoara (Romania) (took 2+ weeks)
I was recommended for this job by a former colleague from Manpower. Interview process was about 20 days long, and consisted of an initial screening telephone, used to validate skills that were relevant to the current job, then a panel interview with the HR Manager, Recruitment Manager and Administrative Responsible from the HR Department. Aftwerwards, I was invited for a MS Office aptitude test, involving aspects I would comonly meet in my future activity. Final response took about one week after this final step.
