Sales Executive Interview

Sales Executive
Richmond, VA

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Manpower in February 2014.

Interview Details – I responded to a LinkedIn global email and contacted the Recruiter. I received a callback within 24 hours and scheduled a phone screen. At that point, I was sent a link to take assessments to see if I was a good match from a personality and analytical perspective. After "passing" this portion, a structured, formal 20 minute interview was scheduled with the Recruiter.

Interview Question – Take me thru a typical day with your current job. In the staffing business, this is a bit tricky as there is no such thing as a "typical" day.   Answer Question

Sales Executive Interview

Sales Executive
Houston, TX

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Manpower in August 2012.

Interview Details – Sales professionals that are applying with Manpower must be prepared to pass a timed Wonderlic test and you must pass in order to move forward to the first interview. If you've never taken the Wonderlic be sure to look it up and practice.

Interview Question – If you do not understand a question do not guess! Ask the interviewer to please "clarify". I know this sounds like common sense but the interviewers are looking to see if you will ask for more clarification in order to answer correctly or simply ramble on and talk from your rear end.   Answer Question
