No Offer – Interviewed in Austin, TX Feb 2009 – Reviewed Nov 12, 2010
Interview Details – The process started with a phone interview and then became an in-person interview. The people I met with were nice and seemed to know their jobs well. The guy that was the head of sales and support was very sharp and definitely the toughest interview I have ever had. Professional, but tough. It was very clear to me that he put a lot of time and effort into making sure that he hired the best people available. The rest of the team seemed like they were all good guys. They want you to know about the company and the industry and they want to make sure that you are interested in what they do and are not just looking for any job. No simple yes or no answers in this interview. I was lacking somewhat in my technical skills so I did not get the job but it was overall a good experience.
