Took a few weeks before I got a phone call to come in for the interview. Came in and had an interview with one person. There should have been 2 interviewers but one was not able to come. The questions were generic nothing too hard. Questions on my previous job and responsibilities.

Interviewed Jan 2007 in Kitchener, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
Behavioral based interview questions. Interviewed by the hiring manager and a HR person. Initial contact was made by phone. A simple math / writing test was given (very basic) but I do not think they still do this testing. After 1 weeks I receipted a verbal offer followed by a written offer. Tried to counter offer, but they would not accept. I did end up accepting this offer. HR did not seem to know what they were doing, but the hiring manager was great.
