The first interview was a phone interview where they check for fit. If you clear that, they call you in for a face-to-face interview at their Waterloo location. If you clear that, you have to go to for a second face-to-face interview followed by a networking session.

Interviewed Jan 2007 in Kitchener, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)

Behavioral based interview questions. Interviewed by the hiring manager and a HR person. Initial contact was made by phone. A simple math / writing test was given (very basic) but I do not think they still do this testing. After 1 weeks I receipted a verbal offer followed by a written offer. Tried to counter offer, but they would not accept. I did end up accepting this offer. HR did not seem to know what they were doing, but the hiring manager was great.
