Interviewed May 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 3 weeks)
My one on one interview happened because a recruiter recommended me for the job. It is my understanding that the Executive Director I interviewed with is no longer with March for Babies - but I don't know that for sure. What I remember from meeting her; she felt very intimidated that I knew so much about her organization. (Yes - I had done my research!) She also demonstrated unease when I asked questions about the organizations procedures with regard to business development opportunities for employees and work / life balance. All red flags.
