Interviewed Mar 2011 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
This was an internal hire, so the process was more organic. I spoke to HR, and the same day I spoke to the hiring manager. The very next day, I spoke to 2 of my would-be colleages just to make sure we "clicked". Everyone was terrific.

Are you an organized person? This position requires a person to be extremely organized.
