Interviewed Feb 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Pretty standard 40 minutes behavioral interview. They really needed somebody to build this database for them so they seemed desperate. It was unpaid however. They said it was cash incentives based on performance, but it was just another way to say it's unpaid. Don't get your hopes up. Asked pretty standard questions. Nothing too difficult.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
It was a pretty straight forward interview. I applied for the job through my campus career website and received a call a week later. The interview was pretty basic - being asked why I wanted to work there, what industry I wanted to be apart of, how did commercial real estate interest me, and what I wanted to learn as an intern there. After talking about our backgrounds the interviewer offered me the position over the phone.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 3 days)
Met with a representative at a university career fair, where I submitted my resume. Received a phone call one month later. I was asked general questions about my background, interests, and previous employment before being asked to come in for a one on one interview. The interview was somewhat of a formality in this instance, though I doubt this is the norm, because they needed interns. Basic questions sufficed and I was offered the internship.

Interviewed May 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 3 weeks)
Shortly after I submitted my resume I got a call from a team manager to come in for an interview. It was a 1:1 interview. Very informal. She just asked me about myself and my past work experiences. I could tell she just wanted to see my personality and how i presented myself. A few weeks later they called me back for another interview. After they interview they offered me the position.

Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
Found out about the internship via my university's career center, sent in my resume and got a call back about a week later. Was required to get credit for internship because it was an unpaid position. Interview was very basic, i.e. why do you want to work here, what are your future plans, etc.

Interviewed Nov 2008 (took 3 weeks)
First received notice of the open internship through M&M posting on University career planning website. Sent in resume and cover letter and was contacted within a few days. About a week later I went in for the interview. Interview was 1:1, moderately difficult with standard questions asked, nothing out of the ordinary. I was told I would be contacted within two weeks. I was and accepted.
