Interview Details – First Telephonic round with HR .
VC with Hr and Sales Head
Overall HR and Interview process was found same like other sales organisation nothing different. But really good experience.

Interview Details – The Process was good with first Apti followed by Technical. Over all the process was well organised .

Manager Forecasting Interview (Negative Experience)
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Marico Limited.
Interview Details – The initial application was through a consultant and interview arranged for video conference. The interview is very discrete and very specific to the role under review. The culture of the interviewing organisation was not very conducive as the questioning was like a discussion you would generally have in a college interview.

Interview Details – I apply online for any position.Before applying for a job I gather all information about the organization including profile,business,work culture,who are on board ie .management,etc.When satisfied then I apply.With the first call I can make how is the organization.then even on interview if the staff is not supportive with the candidates,means this is not right place to work.If nobody cares for the importance of time ,does not care for the convinience of candidates.THEN THE STYLE OF INTERVIEW ALSO MATTERS.

Manager Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at Marico Limited in February 2012.
Interview Details – This was a campus recruitment process.
First there was a resume-based shortlisting.
Then we underwent a Group Discussion. There were 2 panelists and 6 candidates in my group discussion.
Finally there was an interview. This was a resume and subject specific interview taken by the same 2 panelists.
Each stage was an elimination round.
Chartered Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Marico Limited in March 2008.
Interview Details – One was HR round followed by technical round on the same day...however the management took 2 months post the interview to confirm me
