It seemed more like a sales pitch about the company more than anything. There was a need for some indepth information about the company and where it was headed, but I think it went overboard a bit. After over an hour, I walked out thinking, wow, that was the weirdest interview I have ever been to...

I interviewed when this company first opened its Yakima office in 2006. At first they sent me a letter of rejection after my interview, then called me to come for a second interview a month later. Then I was hired. The second interview also included some skills tests. They asked all of the typical sales job questions.
