Interviewed Oct 2010 in Bel Air, MD (took 2 weeks)
You apply online for the location you want, receive a phone call I'm a few days and schedule a phone interview. If you are chosen for a 1:1 interview after the phone interview you will schedule a meeting in a Panera Bread in the area you are going to work. You will be asked several questions and give a sales presentation about the product you will be working with.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Nothing is really negotiable. The hours are scarce and very flexible on weekdays but mandatory weekend hours. You very rarely get a holiday off since you will be in retail stores that don't close for holidays.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
interview went very well, talked about skills, the position and the requirments. My past work history. What I liked about my previous job. My weakness and strenghs. Conversation was open and friendly. Recruiter was very open about what the job entailed, asked if I had any problems with the shedule that would be required. All and all the interview process went very well.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Research Triangle Park, NC (took 2 weeks)
The hiring and interview process was extremely long and unfair. I believe the candidates were selected on a bias base. There were candidates with less experience and less qualified who were offered the position because they had previous ties with hiring manager

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Minneapolis, MN (took 5 days)
It started with a length questionnaire on their website which then went to 3 phone interviews. The questionnaire had lots of redundant questions. There was high emphasis on how you would sell a product and interact with a guest.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
The director of HR came into the city to do interviews and was conducted rather informally at a lobby of hotel. Was asked questions such as: introduce yourself, how would you promote the product? He asked my if I had any questions and I asked about 3 or 4. I found it strange that he would compliment me on questions asked such as; that's an excellent question, good job etc. Made me feel like a school aged child. After the interview he said he would call me the next day and complimented on how well I presented myself and would definatly have a job for me. He called the next day but hung up when I anwered, I subsequently called twice to leave messages and left an email follow up on the day of the interview. Did not hear back from him and my email alerts said he deleted the thank you email without reading it. I got a call from the HR recruiter 2 weeks later that I didn't get the job.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Tempe, AZ (took 2 days)
I found the position online at CareerBuilder.com and I was initially contacted by a recruiter who represented MarketSource. She conducted a phone interview with me, and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. Next, I was contacted by the Regional Marketing Manager, who met with me at a coffee shop for a 1:1 interview. He was really big on wanting a person who was "extremely organized."

Negotiation Details
There was not a lot of negotiation - the hourly rate was posted on CareerBuilder.com, which I was more than satisfied with as a college student, and that was that.
