Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter from Marsh regarding an Account Manager position that was opening up after the first of the year. I was told that to qualify for an interview I would be taking two Wonderlic tests, an insurance test and an excel test.
Interview Question – I was asked to review each of their requirements and answer how I qualified. This was done by email. Answer Question

Interview Details – Interviewed with three people who seemed to be very satisfied with my technical skills. They wanted to know the depth and breadth of my knowledge of Property Casualty insurance, including Commercial Lines, Finpro Lines. It was not as rigorous as the process for most interviews as they were looking for specific skill sets.
Negotiation Details – I was given a raise above my most recent salary, and I was asked to present my last pay stub from that job to verify that I wan't fibbing. I was laid off as my previous employer imploded and I thought that this would be a good fit so I wasn't that demanding on salary.

Interview Details – The interview consisted of being read the job description and going through a check list of job requirements. The interviewed mentally seemed elsewhere. 3 days after the contact date they had given, I heard back saying I had the job. They were offended I had begun looking elsewhere.

Interview Details – I was head hunted for a specific role from a recruitment agency. They advised me their was a 6 mnths contract role at MMC (Milton Keynes Office) which matched my exact skill set. I was called for an interview where I was as honest and upfront as could be, they were not specific on any particular skills in general and advised they were looking for someone who had the same overall experience as myself. I was offered the job the next day, and handed in my notice to my employers at the time. I commenced work with MMC 2 weeks later and regretted accepting the role 3hrs into my initial first training. By the end of the week, I had a phone call from the team leader who is based in Witham, Essex, giving me a grilling for my time keeping and lack of experience on one of the operating systems, bearing in mind the level of experience on this system knowledge was not highlighted in the initial interview! 7 days into the role and whilst still in training, the contract was terminated by MMC. I honest think they have done me a big favour to be honest, as I had already secured myself with interview for future, potential, decent organisations.
Interview Question – None, it was all relatively straight forward. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The job was actually offered for £1 per hr less than the actual advertised role.

Interview Details – The interview was very basic with 2 associates. They explain the company, culture, and responsbilities of the intern. The interview was very relaxed and personality based. They were no skill tests involved and they did not expect me to have an understanding of real estate concepts.

Interview Details – It was mostly personality based. Standard behavioral questions were asked and that led to a few "Give me an example of when you've..." questions. Nothing new if you prepare standard questions. The panel interviews are largely for convenience: allow many people to evaluate your responses at the same time. Nothing is surprising.

Interview Details – The company's interview process was quick and simple, starting from the person who referred me to the person who was willing to find the right job based on my experience and what I wanted to do, to the Human Resources executive who was very helpful in guiding the entire process, to the manager who came across as being impressive without being overbearing.
Interview Question – Questions were neither difficult nor unexpected. It was a matter of being prepared to talk about what I had to offer for the job I was being interviewed for. I probably was the one asking the difficult questions. Answer Question

Interview Details – You sit outside the office with other interviewees in a job fair like setting. One by one they will call you back and you will take different computer tests. A typing test, grammar test, and analytical skills test. Once you've scored high enough they will take you back and you will have an interview with the manager of the department you're applying to. After that, they have you meet with the Manager/Director of the office location. If he gives his approval then you will receive an email saying you're being considered pending a fairly lengthy background check.

Interview Details – Submitted application online. Received an email requesting time for a phone interview which was scheduled and completed within a week. Nothing difficult about the phone screen, straight forward questions about my background. A few days later I received another email requesting when I might be available for in office interview. This was agreed upon in a few days giving me a week before my scheduled meeting. My interview was scheduled from 1:00 to 2:45 with meetings with 4 different people. I was greeted upon arrival and was personally guided by same girl from meeting to meeting. I met with head of department as well as immediate team members. I was supposed to meet with the local HR Director but there was a conflict and she was not able to see me. As in the phone interview, the questions asked by all persons were pretty much straight forward. Everyone was engaging and professional. I enjoyed the visit. It was just a few days before I got a call for HR in discussing an offer.
Interview Question – The following was included my resume Executive Summary "Forward-thinking leader .......". I had my resume professionally written and those words were not mine. My interviewer as me was if meant by forward-thinking leader. I was not prepared for that one. Moral of the story is if you have professional help writing your resume, be sure you agree and can explain everything the writer includes. I fumbled on answering with a stammering about how much more productive it is than going backward....................UGH! Answer Question
Reason for Declining – because they did not offer Advisory Specialist job in Dallas siting a weekness in customer interface (I was coming from a wholesale underwritering background) but alternately thought I would be better suited for a Broker Placement role. This might have been acceptable except the position was not in Dallas but 4 1/2 hours down the highway in Houston. The job did not excite me enough to relocate (I have a 3000sf home and LOTS of stuff).
