Engineering Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Maruti Suzuki in June 2010.
Interview Details – Consultant gets in touch with people having relevant experience. First Interview would typically be an HR round, Subsequent a semi technical round with probably your reporting manager. If shortlisted, you fly down to HQ for 3~4 rounds of Technical Rounds Starting from the Reporting Manager>DPM>DVM. If you are called for the 2nd round, understand that you are 80% through. The last is an HR interview for Compensation. HR is a bit rigid on this. No negotiations are encouraged. The final call is yours - take the given package or continue in your current Company.
