Interview went well. Job opportunity sounds interesting with a lot to learn. Salary on the other hand doesn't sound so pleasing. Kind of hoped it would be more being in the boston area.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Boston, MA (took a day)
I was asked about my mems and microfluidics experience and details on the current projects. Was also asked to explain in detail all the things written on my resume. I was asked for a very easy Labview code as well.

Interviewed Jul 2007 in Boston, MA (took 2+ weeks)
The interview was thorough and welcoming. I was treated with care and understanding and my duties were clearly explained to me. The actual hiring process took longer than I would have liked, but the decision on whether they wanted to hire me was quick. After that decision there was a long wait as the HR department let me drip through the many filters of bureaucracy. Once that was finished the work environment proved to be very nice.
