Interviewed Jun 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took 2 days)
HR contacted me via email to set up a convenient interview time
There were 2 persons on the phone on set date and time
The questions they asked were contrary to what I was applying for
They mentioned that they can give me more time to prepare if I needed
I declined as my current job was just fine and I did not appreciate them pulling a fast one on me

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Saint Louis, MO (took 3 days)
First had a phone interview. Then 2 were sort listed for F2F. All they were looking for is whether I knew the basic concepts of Java, Spring, Hibernate and GWT. Did well with all questions except GWT. Panel had 3 people including project manager and 2 tech leads. They made me very comfortable. Looked to be very good team to work with.
But could not make it. Feedback was good, but they said since they were looking for only one person, they are taking the other guy, since he did well in GWT.

Received and Accepted Offer

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took 2 days)
Very limited interview process. Consisted of phone screen by HR recruiter than a small group interview of 3 people (including hiring manager). Received offer the next day. Questions were standard and not difficult. Interview was very easy.

Negotiation Details
I did try to negotiate, but was told the offer was firm. I accepted the offer because it was a good salary/bonus, I just never take the first offer. After the short interview process I was a little worried about accepting an offer that soon. I asked to talk to the hiring manager one more time for final questions. I was told no and that I had 24 hours to accept the offer or it would be withdrawn. Looking back, I should have run as fast I could. I wound up accepting the offer and leaving 9 months later.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
Very basic first round type of interview. Two HR personnel wanted to further understand my resume. They were friendly and expressed interest in me, but did not advance me to the second round for an on-site interview. I believe the outcome was attributed to my own poor preparation.

Interviewed May 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
Initial phone interview was quick and seemed more of a formality than anything. The phone interview consisted of 3 or 4 questions recapping some of the highlights from my resume and then moved on to scheduling a panel interview. An email was sent by the HR representative requesting that an online application be completed prior to the face-to-face interview.
The group interview began with a 20 minute meeting with an HR representative detailing the benefits offered should I get the position and I was then led to a small conference room. The group interview consisted of 4 Business Analysts from that particular team, as well as the Senior Analyst. Each panel member was permitted to ask questions.
The questions were pretty standard such as "Can you tell me about a time when you gathered requirements and it wasn't enough?" an "Have you ever worked on project with tight deadlines?" and "How do you handle stress?". The project life-cycle for MasterCard was 6-12 months... sometimes longer. This seemed to be a major talking point for the team, as was their concern for making sure revisions to the submitted requirements documents happened as infrequently as possible. They were quick to point out that they had their own format for documentation and anyone getting the position would be following that same format.
The two questions I struggled with the most were "Can you describe the layout of your documentation?" which should've been a lay-up but the answers I gave never seemed enough. The other question I struggled with was role-playing with them as to my approach in interviewing stakeholders for project documentation. If you're asked this question remember to be extra thorough.
After the obligatory "thank-you" emails I got an email a few days later saying I had not gotten the position. Good luck and I hope this helps!
