The personality test showed that I was a good fit - but 1-1 interview - they clearly wanted a "boat" person which I am not neither me or my husband are into boating or want a boat. Not a good fit - everyone has to be into a "boat", preferably a ski boat.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
