Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
They ask basic questions from the field of Calculus, C++, Programming basics and control theory. Being a generic interview, they offer you a very generic position and depending on your interest and performance move you to a specific department within 18 months. The questions on calculus most probably start with solving Matrices problems on paper. or they can ask you certain theorems of Mathematics. For the rest of the sections, they would ask you terminologies and definitions from the subjects. On clearing the HR round, which is basically collecting information about you and the technical round mentioned above, they invite you to visit their facility in Nattick for a group/ panel interview. The questions asked there are a combination of personal and technical questions. Upon selection they have an induction process which takes place at the first of every month.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 1 week)
The interview is not very tough, but you need to brush up on your fundamentals of the subjects you choose. Two of them are maths and MATLAB, the third you can choose between C++, C and Java and the fourth one you can choose between control systems, signal processing and one more I forgot :(
Also, they need you to give more than 95% correct answers for going to second round. I think I got most answers correct, but did not receive a call back.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2+ weeks)
Starting with a phone interview, with some general questions and a description of the job
Next round with 4 live interviews onsite plus a presentation. Different persons from different departments interviewed me. At the presentation half a dozen people showed up. I had to prepare some technical topic that I could choose on my own.
The final round consisted of a lunch and three more interviews. Everything open, with the possibility to ask questions, and no tricks. They really take their time to find the right people.
