I have talked HR in career fair at the end of September. They asked me to submit my application online. I got phone interview about general questions, such as describe the job position, how did u deal with multitasks, etc. HR scheduled next technical phone interview after she asked all the general questions. The technical questions are so detailed, including math, c/c++,matlab, and signal process. I canot answer some questions, because I forgot them. You really need to prepare in detail. HR said would give me response within two weeks. I didnot hear anything from them, which means I was rejected.

It submitted my resume on the company online application system and got a call from HR a week later. It focused on my previous experience and project. She said the resume would be forwarded to the higher level technical manager and they would call back when there was a match. So far no call.

Basic discrete math, basic programming questions on C/C++, Java or C#. General Objection Oriented design and concepts, some application questions, Questions on Real Time Operating Systems, some logic questions..and some experience type questions...

Have been posting on their website for some years. I applied again and they scheduled a call this year. The initial interview was the same as other interviews on this site. The technical interview was about 45 minutes long. I chose DSP. They asked questions on wavelets, how parseval's equality talks about energy and power signals, relation of eigen faces to wavelets, questions on 2d FFTs, some questions on PCA and multivariate factorization. The final on site asked questions on hankel norm, model order reductions, sparsity algorithms and bacterial foraging optimizations.

There was no negotiation. I rejected their offer. The compensation was not worth a phd's time.

Applied through a virtual job fair, they contacted me later and set up a phone call. Mainly HR questions that will tell you there will be a more technical one and what to expect in the technical call. It is scheduled for today.
