Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Fort Myers, FL May 2013 – Reviewed May 22, 2013 New
Interview Details – The process started with the online application, and a rather difficult multiple choice test based on only words and numbers. The test gives them information on your personality. From that point I received a call about a week later from a recruiter in Houston and set up a phone interview which only lasted 10-15 min. The questions were general, "Describe yourself in 3 words" "Why do you want to work here" type things. After that I met the District Manager and 2 Area Managers at a local restaurant. They were all very nice, and each took turns asking questions about past employers. I was told they would be making a decision about 7 days later, but District Manager called 2 days later and offered me the position. The overall process took about 2 1/2 weeks.
Interview Question – Most of the questions were the normal "What did you do in this situation" type of thing, however what through me off was when they wanted 2 answers from some questions. I had an answer ready for everything, but when they asked for 2 I really had to think quick. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation. Training pay is set hourly, and from there you get a base salary.

Interview Question – I was asked about following policy and procedure and how I would ensure that the associates did the same. After answering, they dug deeper by asking me specifically about a time many years earlier I had deviated from policy (I can't believe they pulled that out of hat!) Answer Question

Interview Details – First you submit an online application, which includes an SAT-like timed test. You will then receive a call from someone at their corporate office to gauge interest and provide a brief phone interview, who will then set up a real interview time and date with the district manager. Depending on who you interview with, the questions might vary, but they're really looking for personality and growth potential. They want someone who is going to be a good culture fit above all else.
Interview Question – "What would you say your greatest weakness is?" (Not uncommon, but be prepared to have an answer better than "I can't really think of one...!") View Answer

Interview Details – I met two recruiters at my university's career fair. The recruiters were extremely friendly and engaging. I signed up for an interview at the fair and was texted later that night about meeting for dinner. The next day I was interviewed by three young guys who were very friendly and personable. They highlighted the fact that this interview was more of a conversation. It was a really non stressful, entertaining interview!
Interview Question – I had to rate myself on different subjects from 1-10. If I did not give myself a "10" I would have to explain why I did not give myself a higher rating. Two of the subjects were "attitude" and "sales ability" Answer Question
