Interview Details – Skills test is administered upon completion of the application online. The test is generic, similar in nature to the SAT. If you pass that, the phone interview and one on one interview are both relatively generic. My interviewer was up front about several subjects others are reluctant to discuss, such as salary structure, which was nice. I believe I did not get the job offer because of my differing approach to how sales should be conducted compared to the company model.
Interview Question – Questions during the interviews were dependent on your resume, delving further into experiences and lessons learned from there. Answer Question
