Interview
I filled out an online application and then was emailed to complete another assessment. After that I was called in for an interview. When I got to the interview I first had to do a personality assessment and then had a one on one interview with a manager. She asked me questions like "Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer," "Tell me how you have handled criticism from your boss in the past," etc. I probably would've been offered the job if I could have started immediately.

Interview
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
