I applied online and received an email about a week later wanting to set up an interview. I went to the interview and interviewed with an HR. She was very nice and asked the usual behavioral interview questions. Two days after the interview I received a call from the same interviewer asking to set up another interviewer. This time I interviewed with the regional manager and asked more basic behavioral questions as well as why I wanted to intern there. After the interview I took a computerized skills/personality test. The manager then asked if I would have any problems show up on my background check for which I told him no. A few days later I got a call saying the background check came back good and he extended the offer, which I took.
