Interview Details – Met first with BOH manager. Sat down with her she asked me typical questions such as what would you do in this type of situation. Somewhat intimidating at the time she never smiled just so serious it was one of those well do I have the job. Well afterwards I had my second interview which went well and hey I got the job.

Interview Details – Interviewing for Max & Erma's is much like interviewing at any other corporate restaurant. Once you put in your application, one of the managers will call you in for an interview. During the interview, I was asked about previous work experience and common customer service questions.
Interview Question – How do you handle an angry customer? Answer Question
The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Max & Erma's Restaurants in June 2009.
Interview Details – Phone interview to start. Next met with the Human Resources manager at a location. Next met with the regional manager at a location. At this point took a skills assesment, IQ test, and drug test. Offered position and did not take it.
