Interview Details – Talked to an HR rep regarding benefits, company culture, etc. and then spoke with two supervisors in the department. When I went in everything seemed old--the building, the equipment, the people. It wasn't a particularly friendly environment.
Interview Question – How are you at dealing with difficult people? View Answer
Negotiation Details – I didn't have to negotiate. They offered me more than the posted salary.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
