    Behavioral questions mainly but they might have changed it. Not too difficult. Know the job description and you will be fine. Make sure it is the position you want, why you want and so forth. Need to know finance though so practice finance problems before the interview. Keep the conversation professional and answer the questions as it is asked not as how you want to answer it.

    The avenue was held at Menara Akademi Etika, Kuala Lumpur. Mostly the new applicants including me from fresh graduate background. All of us waiting in one room provided and the interview been conducted by two panel. Each candidates interviewed by person.

    Initial interview for a couple of hours by HR and background checking, if accepted then the interviewee will be elevated to the acquiring unit, then interview with the Department Head, if all goes well and is approved then Job offer will be presented with the corresponding negotiation in terms of salary or others. After the offer is accepted then the next step is the medical examination.

    One interview in a beat up office that looks straight out of the eighties. Horrible work culture, consistently work midnights and weekends with no time off and expect to be in office by 9 the next day. No benefits, overtime or scope for growth. I don't understand why anyone would want to join the team. Immature management.
