Interview Details

The interview process for this position in particular was long, but the hiring supervisor stayed in contact the entire time. Mayo at the time used behavioral questioning. Be prepared with specific examples from previous experience in the areas of problem resolution, conflict resolution, people skills, negotiating, and successes. The process was a phone interview first with basic qualifying questions about my skills, followed by a video interview, and last was an in-person panel and 1:1 interview days.
