Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 1 week)
Phone interview with Talent Acquisition team followed by a phone interview with a hiring manager a few days later. Both focused on why I wanted to work for McAfee and what skill sets I would bring to the table.
FYI, research the company before you start interviewing so you can speak intelligently to the position you're seeking.
The face to face interview's where conducted on the same day the following week and an offer was made a week or so after that.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
