I went in and filled out an application. The manager sat me down and interviewed me right there. He asked me simple questions about my availability and myself. Then he hired me after a few minutes of interviewing me. He told me that I was hired, but I would have to remove all of my body piercings.

As this was my first job i was very nervous for my interview. Getting to the store i ask for the manager who i am to have the interview with, only to find out he is running late. i waited 1hr 40 mins until he came, and when he did my interview was simply when was i available and my phone number. looking back on it, it was very sloppily done.

Easy interview. They ask you if you can work in a fast paced environment. The job is actually HORTIBLE if you aren't a fast learner and good with math.

I applied 2 weeks before the restaurant opened, and did not receive a call back. I continued to call every morning asking what was the status of my application. After a few days of calling I received a call back for an interview. If you get an interview, you automatically have the job. During The interview they basically ask about your flexibility and then offer you the position. Please do not come overly dressed to the interview because its McDonald's and they honestly don't care. At the McDonald's I was hired at, piercings were not allowed. I eventually got tired of changing my nose ring to a clear one that I let it close.

It was very straight forward and easy. They will see if you have basic language skills and desire to work the odd hours. They will tell you the salary and other necessary information right away. Decision is made within a week.

I sent a job application early January, got a call 2 days later, seems they needed people fast. I was asked typical questions, and it was very brief since they hired me on the spot. The guy was honest and told me he was really only judging the appearance and professionalism of me before considering hiring me.

I had one interview that lasted for about 20 minutes. They called to schedule a couple days before hand. The place was a little unorganized and really busy. They asked a few questions that had to do with my personality and the type of work I am best at. They asked about what pace I like to work at and what my previous jobs had been like in this area.
