I applied the night before, got a call the next day at 7AM, asking if I could come in for an interview, I came in the next day, showed up early, wore a dress shirt, with nice jeans and shoes,

Met the manager, he asked me two questions
1.) What are your hobbies?
2.) Why do you want to work here?

He said I did very well on the online test, (everyone should do good on it)
and offered me a job, I took it because I really needed one at the time

Training and work atmosphere is a joke, but then again, it's fast food.

Get ready to work for that 7.25

If you really need a job, take it, but I would be looking for something else in the mean time.

I walked in saw all the crew member and the other people sittin there for the interview so i sat with them the interview took about ten minutes she asked me questions such as why do i want to work there tell me about a conflict and how did you handle the situation and more basic questions.

I was asked very few questions, like why did I want to work at McDonald's, what my previous jobs were, and what my availability was. I was hired on the spot. Lots of paperwork to fill out afterwards though for orientation. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Interviewed May 2010 in Parma, OH (took a day)

I applied online, and never called back or anything. A manager called me about 2 weeks later, but my phone was off. I called him back 2 days later & he had me come in for an interview. We sat down, and he basically went over my availability and had me fill out a form for a background check. He told me to come in the next day and fill out my new hire paperwork, and then the following day would be my orientation.
